In an exclusive for Conservative News Site, a suspect alleged of disruption of White House systems and communications logs has now been spotted loitering in a central London location.
He’s believed to have a specialised contacts list that enables him to surveil movements, and to harass the system by inputting his own data by using surrogates.
While his illegal activity has only surfaced in the last decade, he’s also been involved in hack attacks on the White House’s systems since his early teenage years.
