In a stunning exclusive for Conservative News Site, two suspects alleged to act as “Financiers” for Sarah Kaplan and her Dover Crossings crime have now both been spotted in Reading, Berkshire.
They’re accused of seeking to facilitate the activity of Kaplan and her accomplices. They help to ensure that any balance transfers are secure, kept between the right people, and handled by the right systems.
It’s not believed they’re linked to a previously reported claim that Civil Servants in Whitehall made payments to Kaplan during her setup period for her crime.
