Sarah Kaplan challenges our status

Sarah Kaplan (her assumed name) is supposed to have wanted to take lucrative opportunities for herself out of our framework of backlogs and oversights in the mismanagement of the Civil Service network. This is only one part – an early stage – of her overall corrupt plan. The later parts entailed further apprehension of our problems as they might result from her initial attack on our coastline with the Dover Crossings.

The victims in this story are everywhere. They’re in the faces of those forced at times to cross the English Channel not knowing that sexual servitude waited for them if Kaplan were successful. It’s in the towns and a few cities that might have seen their local economies plummet in the same way as others have done following instances of extreme trying situations.

It’s also on the realms of public service that are both open and closed to cursory investigation. In short, she’s beleived to be a White Sparrow type of criminal, a person who is able to leverage anything she sets her sights on, but only with a singular focus and absolute force. This is exactly the scenario we see unfolding as a result of the small boats, and it goes right to the heart of government and what it means to us.
