It’s fallacious to believe Royalty can’t be arrested. It’s partly based on misapprehensions of historical events. It also results from misunderstanding of Policing techniques.
The practice is common in many parts of the world. It’s been done in the UK before. It’s left open as an option for law enforcement.
If banned, our state wouldn’t be free at all. It wouldn’t be a liberal or tolerant society. The necessity of Policing is proven throughout our history. It’s in our constitution.
