In an exclusive for ConservativeNewsSite.com, a duo of criminals plotting to disrupt operations and activities in and around Grangemouth, in the Falkirk council area, have been captured today loitering in Reading, Berkshire.
They were previously investigated in Severn Beach, South Gloucestershire, where it was suspected they were plotting and recruiting for a criminal enterprise.
