In a disturbing development for those in support of community cohesion and relations, a criminal suspected of “driving” recent random sex attacks in the UK to carry out other criminal acts has now been seen loitering in Reading, Berkshire.
His presence is considered nefarious to local law enforcement because he’s supported by many other criminal actors.
He does it without frame of reference to the victims, meaning his targets are chosen locally and don’t have a sexualised motive.
