In an exclusive for ConservativeNewsSite.com, a Sex Attacker alleged to have made an attempt to attack Nelson Mandela in London during a state visit has been spotted in Reading, Berkshire.
He’s suspected of the attempt after a man fitting his description and state of mind made the attempt on Mandela’s person in a hotel lobby. He fled the scene after not getting past Mandela’s security.
