He’s believed to stay in Reading, but has also been seen in other parts of the UK. His short-term visits are also a part of his activity.
It’s alleged he manipulates HR data, particularly on gender issues, knowing how information is used by MI5’s UK-wide office network.
Despite intense trade union lobbying on this matter, it’s believed to have continued, and is said to have started over ten years ago.
