The evidence
A “Token”, or a “Flag”, was left behind in the same town. It’s known to function as an “Invite” to join an illegal enterprise. It’s designed to be collected by a “Mule” who analyses the object for the “Advocate” to use later on. This type of plot is meant to last over the long-term, and involves multiple criminal acts.
