The state of affairs in the UK is changeable at the top of the system, where personalities can conflict and agendas collide. The rest of the network suffers no such juxtaposition or change. This is the freedom to opt for an alternative option on a spectrum of differences. It speaks of a democracy that can exist in a prism-like form, showing outward lines of variance, and liberty.

The negative forces at work in other countries see career changes wrongly. Their militaristic societies view such comings and goings in their own terms as tumult, or as a result of surrender. Their politics has dynamics that we don’t subscribe to, also, making leadership a one time performance in places.
The departure of a well-liked figure can be felt internally but the professional aspect is the media message outwardly. There’s a belief that politics should be punitive where damage is done. The consequences of inaction or error resonate, but aren’t heavy here. This is our system at work for our benefit.
