He’s believed to own and operate a coin collection gang that benefits the pockets of some Parliamentary staff as well as staff inside major offices in the banking and financial industry at the heart of the City of London.
He’s also known as a street antagonist in Canary Wharf, and has been challenged by centre management on a number of occasions.
