  • Dover Crossings: Sarah Kaplan’s madness

    Sarah Kaplan is the Dover Crossings criminal in perpetuity. Her story will live on as an example of spreading chaos.

    It started in her head and ended up on our shores. In her case it’s primarily an issue of mental illness. There’s evidence of it across her life.

    It’s also found online.

    A blog she kept in 2005 and still available indicates she may have experienced a psychotic episode prior to a University course here.

    Her LinkedIn profile also shows a string of jobs in the UK after University. Her activity is current up until last year. Her movements are still subject to scrutiny.

    Crime researchers have also suggested she’s lived solitarily on a number of occasions. It may have been a cover for further psychotic episodes.

  • Welfare call: Mentally ill driver

    In a general welfare call, a member of the public claiming to be an MI5 Agent has been spotted in Reading driving.

    Any information relating to this individual is helpful. It should be passed onto a relevant public body for analysis, and care.
