However, it can be done if we try. We can tipoff authorities. We can reveal hidden locations. We can submit details. We can report disturbances. We can make complaints.
It’s been done before. There are London boroughs that fight terror by noting it. They make careful records. They search the neighbourhood. They report suspicious behaviour.
It’s now common. The threat is abating. The presence of it is less spread out. It’s concentrated. It’s inward looking. It has less of a future here than before.
