It’s not a common theory that our towns and cities are bloody places to live. Albeit there are stories of knife crime, it’s not assumed that the violence is engrained somewhere. If local reports are to be believed, it’s truly – and sadly – the case.
There is a theory developing in some Southern regions that a network of secret outhouses exist here and there. It’s a term that used to be employed in rural areas to describe sites where country folk put to death people they designated as hateful.
However, these are not so much judicial enclaves as solitary practitioners that see people as being unworthy of life. It’s not so set that people that become victims are bad people, but it’s rumoured that there is an anti-Justice motive to it.
These are known as “Sign Blood Sheds” in some American states, in which citizens have long protected themselves against such random and hostile people. I’ve been told that their number is diminishing and that it’s been a hard job having to clear away the debris. However, they say they’ve enjoyed safer lives.
