The Southport riots – so-called because of a stabbing attack that inspired them – have exposed failures in Policing.
Those involved have a lot of reflecting to do. They need to look at footage to explain why Police were incapable.
The damage caused has shown planners don’t do it properly. People are sick of the feckless Policing of local areas.
