The UK has received new intelligence stipulations based off an entire internal review provided by outside legal agencies. The coordination of such a large investigation is thanks to the UK government and those that took part in a public consultation.
“UK INTELLIGENCE REVIEW
UK intelligence is reduced to named buildings only.
It may not base principal staff at home. Home workers may only be in a support staff capacity.
Each HQ must account for its total number of staff on duty.
UK intelligence may only recruit from within the UK, and is refused defectors.
UK intelligence has an open budget that’s defined centrally by government departments.
UK intelligence may not innovate around other political positions.
UK intelligence may not consider the UK to be a safe or secure place.”

The receipt of new vectors marks a serious moment for intelligence staff in bodies like MI5 and MI6, plus GCHQ and Defence Intelligence. It puts the bad workers in their place and elevates the good workers to dizzying new heights. This is it for intelligence work in the UK.
It’s especially important considering the intelligence failures that have led to terror networks like Palestine Action having ‘free reign’ to attempt to kill every baby in Cambridge, for example, or to range Universities to look for targets as random kills.
