She’s known as “#1”, and uses the phrase “Saddest apple in the basket” to describe the targets she picks out.
She’s suspected of being behind significant disruption, and operational harm, caused in Reading before 2015.
It’s believed she covers Thames Valley Police (TVP), to affect their operations across a large part of the South East.
In times past, she’s also attempted to sell limited sets of data held by TVP to overseas criminals, but failed to follow through on this effort.
