In a further story about civilian disruption of public bodies, a man suspected of seeking to disrupt City of London Police operations has been spotted in a Berkshire train station.
His activities are wide-ranging and often happen on foot, but have also been known to take place on public transport. He’s alleged to harass, track, and trail officers in their line of work.
