It’s a fact of life we need somewhere to live. All of us have overheads, as it were, or bills we need to pay to survive. Although the same is true for all of us, many of us have more to worry about than some.

In times past, current and former staff have been guilty of house theft, house invasion, and abuse of tenants of a small number of other housing groups and associations. Their crimes are egregious.
It doesn’t stop, however, at their former antics. They get new roles in Southern Housing, and continue their rampage. It’s alleged they stop, or get sacked, but they don’t, and persist without break.
I’ve found out, in times past, about training sessions in how to ignore, block out, and refute complaints by tenants. They’ve also trained a small number of staff from competitor’s how to do this.
In particular, this group of male-only criminals are racists, and target black tenants with “ferocity”, according to what I was told. I don’t agree with that choice word, but it’s common for it to feel as such.
The trouble is getting across such people need prison time, fines, and restraining orders, but progress is slow. In the meantime, it’s not easy to see beyond the obsessive intrusions of such crooks.
