Their activity stems from a hatred of political systems. They sought to create insecure situations to make attempts to extract value. They caused distress, and alarming security situations.
In one case, a suspect (#4) is also accused of seeking to plot against the UK Supreme Court. He’s alleged to have used data to undermine the public standing of Justices.
