In an exclusive for ConservativeNewsSite.com, a thief believed to have organised theft and reduction of Whitehall salaries has been spotted in a supermarket in Reading.
He’s alleged to have fiddled records and lied to Civil Servants in order to start his racket. It’s also alleged he’s passed on the proceeds to others for their own benefit.
