In an exclusive for Conservative News Site, a young offender accused of being a fugitive of the law and of having fixations on MOD sites in the UK has now been spotted.
It’s believed she’s “Wanted” by many care companies, and has a history of recording secret films and audio files to use to threaten people.
It’s not known if she’s a danger to the public.
