The dropout rate of Starmer University is increasing. Now, John Healey MP (Rawmarsh and Conisbrough/Labour) has left as Defence Secretary.
It’s about funding, and the issue seems likely to be entwined with HM Treasury. But it’s Starmer University that gets the parting shot.
