In a world exclusive for Conservative News Site, a suspected mastermind in security, control, and buildings and alleged to have aided some of the plotters behind 9/11 has now been spotted.
He was caught visiting Royal Berkshire Hospital, an NHS site in Reading, Berkshire.
It’s believed he’s been there to scope out security settings prior to a potential takeover by various private equity firms.
His presence is considered illegal due to participation in crimes. Those such persons aren’t allowed on NHS sites in the UK.
