In a further concerning development for security and safety in central London, and in particular the City of Westminster, a “Duo” of suspects in a criminal street aggravation ring have now been spotted.
They’re alleged to have antagonised street stall holders, manipulated tour guide companies, and harassed national coach carriers.
It’s believed their activity has also propagated other nefarious criminal activity in London.
