In an exclusive for Conservative News Site, a suicide bomber planner with expertise in locations strategy has now been spotted.

A suspect alleged of having plans for bombings using suicide belts and vests spotted here in Reading Station, in Reading, Berkshire.

He’s believed to have scope of London but is not thought to be in contact with any other plotters or planners in the UK.
