A criminal sponsored by Afghanistan and alleged to agitate against institutions and public figures in London has been spotted in Reading, Berkshire.
He’s alleged to create disturbances by causing trouble to erupt in all London boroughs. He also plans protests that inhibit economic activity and provoke national unrest.
