In an exclusive for Conservative News Site, a criminal “Planner” hired by Dover Crossings criminal Sarah Kaplan has been spotted loitering in Reading, Berkshire.
He’s alleged to itemise local and national assets for potential criminal gain. It’s believed he had a large role in Kaplan’s ultimate plot to cause disturbance in business circles.
