In an exclusive for ConservativeNewsSite.com, a conspirer in the crimes of Emma Richmond, guilty of housing abuse across the UK as a criminal “Minder”, has been spotted in a TK Maxx shop in Reading, Berkshire.
It’s believed she helped Richmond to plot her schemes against millions of people in the UK, providing tactical and financial advice. She’s also suspected of financial crimes herself, including debit card fraud.
