In an exclusive for Conservative News Site, two criminals alleged to be part of “Chinese Values” – a subterranean network of crime encompassing many cities in the UK – have been spotted loitering in Reading, Berkshire.
They’re said to run guns across these cities. They also have drugs stores. They run harassment campaigns against Local Authority leaders, and members of Councils.
