In an exclusive for Conservative News Site, a street criminal believed to be responsible for extensive petty theft of money and other lost property items has now been spotted in Reading, Berkshire.
He’s believed to have been particularly prolific in Birmingham and Oxford. However, further investigation was not possible due to his later erratic movements.
Any information relating to this individual must be passed to a relevant public body. It will be used to build an accurate case, if one exists.
