  • Meta, xAI, find comfort in competition

The AI race is advancing. Facebook giant Meta is rolling out its new app Meta AI. It allows users to query and share answers with others. It rivals xAI’s Grok, and X, which have similar features.

Together, American social media giants are reshaping digital device use. Its portent is clear. The universal use of such referencing suites is a boon for knowledge industries.

It means people study in cleverer ways. The sharing networks that exist elsewhere benefit from increased engagement. It enhances the interest in, and reach of, credible news.

  • Exposed: Gut-level contact

It’s not pleasant getting contact from a TV presenter. They make an approach and it doesn’t feel good. They have a strong gut but yours isn’t so developed. It takes a few days to get over it.

This site had a spate of attempts at contact. We took days out in hotels to rest it off. We did our breathing exercises and went off. We never made contact again. It was a lesson learned.

The problem is people in TV don’t understand how important health is. Their campaigns of harassment don’t come to an end easily. It stops if you give up. They’re obsessed with causing upset.

  • The media is playing a civil war in America

America as it is is not in the limelight right now. Today, America is at war with itself. It doesn’t state what it does with itself. If the President says one thing, the nation speaks another.

If Trump calls for peace, there are activists who call for protests on campus. As he seeks reform in the Education department, his intentions are not relayed in the press.

The chaos, and confusion, is clear as America is ripped in different directions.

On the one hand, the stats show a reducing number at the Southern border. On the other, Trump is inactive on his promises. The lack of integrity is palpable.

The American press is good at vocalism, but bad at giving an accurate picture. It says what it likes, but hides what it doesn’t. There’s never been a greater need for accuracy than now.

  • Little Trump takes on bigger Trump

Mary Trump, niece of Donald Trump, is attuned to speaking her mind. She’s a psychologist, author, and businessperson. It makes sense to talk. It makes sense to diagnose.

The illness is not always physical. Sometimes it’s all around us. It’s the thread of her online persona. Her YouTube channel has 300,000+ subscribers. It’s an impressive following.

The target is mostly President Trump. She takes aim at all his doings, and misgivings in media. The gist is liberal, but it takes aim at his mentality. It’s definitely not the Waltons.

In an exclusive for ConservativeNewsSite.com, a key figure of a group called “Not The BBC News” made up of “BBC News” staff was spotted yesterday in central London.

He’s alleged to be behind a number of false, slanderous, and contrived stories against influencer Andrew Tate. His extensive criminal background makes him unsuitable to work in media.

  • Losing track of the BBC

The development of the UK is something to be marvelled at, but if you watch the BBC, you wouldn’t think so. Most of it passes them by, as if it didn’t really matter after all.

The seminal documentarians who chronicled growing pains of a 70’s and 80’s era of rapid expansion have left our side, to be replaced by podcasters and pundits who know neither time of day nor the hour of the night.

It’s the sort of sentiment expressed to me. It’s a sad one, because we’re supposed to listen. We’re meant to take note of a public broadcaster, even if it’s boring.

The exit of an Archbishop or the reinvention of a set storyline seems more fitting for BBC execs than something worthwhile. The lack of engagement in some realms of politics is its fault.

The sameness felt in the arts is also to its blame. There’s little life or verve in hearing the same voice, or tuning into the same program your father did when he was growing up.

  • What’s going on in the American press?

A look at The New York Times headlines today and it reads as though they were written by Putin himself, or someone close to him. It’s telling in its derogatory tone, focus on diminishing homogeny, and use of abstract language.

Five headlines in The New York Times (20/02/2025)

At root, it’s basic Russian propaganda. It’s the sort of material that shows parallels but insists one is ahead of the other. It does this by making one look better and other worse for not having the same arrangement or mode of organisation.

  • Caught: “Fake News Agent”

In an exclusive for ConservativeNewsSite.com, a “Fake News Agent” who falsely claims to work for the Ministry of Defence and in fact works as an informant for UK-based news media organisations has been spotted in Reading, Berkshire.

It’s believed she creates and owns “Command Gestures”, a type of false reporting that relates factual information to distort a particular report. It serves to delegitimatise participation and emphasise media involvement in current affairs.
