    Tuesday

    “Jury trials are a cornerstone of our democracy, and Justice system,” so says Imran Hussain MP (Bradford East/Labour), passionate in his appeal to the Secretary of State for Justice. He hopes it stays, while others hope it goes.

    Jim Shannon MP (Strangford/DUP) says the quality of the law is now paramount, saying “speed cannot come at the expense of fundamental rights” and jury trials must stay for the sake of it.

    The Prime Minister says the Leader of the Opposition “totally abandoned her position” on the idea of the UK joining the US to fight Iran, calling it a “mother of all u-turns” on “one of the most important [-] decisions” a leader like him will face. The other, of course, is the one about staying or going.

    It’s believed that a suspect involved in making illegal eviction notices and serving these as fake legal advice to residents of towns in Berkshire is now being prosecuted for his crimes.

    The practice was not previously known to be widespread, particularly in the West.

    However, even though it’s believed to be used in some African countries only as a form of casual harassment, it’s been picked up in the UK as a criminal racket.

    The distress it causes is known to lead to suicides, and has been linked to professional deaths in a number of locally based contexts.

  • Caught: Local Authority agitator

    In a stunning exclusive for Conservative News Site, a Local Authority agitator alleged to override local Court decisions leading to multiple illegal evictions and repossession of business premises in Berkshire has now been spotted.

    She’s alleged to act as a local contact for individuals wanting to agitate against local officials, and residents in various towns and cities. Her activities are said to be destabilising and distressing for residents.

  • Caught: UKSC harassers

    In an exclusive for Conservative News Site, two suspects in two cases of harassment against UK Supreme Court figures have been located after extensive collaborative observational surveillance in the UK.

    They’re both alleged to have targeted Lady Hale, a former President of the Court, and Justice Simler respectively. Their activities include infiltration of their security arrangements and false accusations in UK courts.

    This site has previously led with accusations made against both Lady Hale and Justice Simler. Hale is alleged of security crimes including theft, and Simler is accused of housing crimes.

    It’s believed this confusion has resulted from such criminal harassment. It’s said further information will be released in the future to clarify their positions on these matters.

    They’re both accused of violent crimes against townspeople. It stretches years back and includes edicts written out by the County Court.

  • Irish teacher loses bank access

    An Irish teacher embroiled in his own row with a school has lost access to a bank account of his. Enoch Burke says the Bank of Ireland has agreed to suspend access to his account.

    Burke’s row began after an alleged refusal to convey transgender beliefs as a teacher. He calls his time in prison and the freezing of his funds “unprecedented” and “unheard of” in Ireland.

  • ICC exposed in Reading, Berkshire

    In an exclusive for ConservativeNewsSite.com, activists working on behalf of the International Criminal Court – responsible for an illegal “arrest” warrant against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu – have been exposed in Reading, Berkshire, following a sting operation.

    The two suspects, called “Holders”, were spotted in a coffee shop, with the intent to meet with other contacts who’ve been spotted in the town before. Their work entails stifling legal representations, and suppressing any who are employed in the work of international law.

    Also, a couple suspected of threatening employees and some justices at the ICC can be pictured here, also for the first time. They’re alleged to have made stops across Europe to achieve their malign goal.

    They were spotted in Saint-Gilles, Brussels, but were not part of a meeting setup to manipulate a trafficking crisis over the English Channel, but to make contact with a number of international spies.

  • Legal reforms go ahead

    The government has announced finalized plans for a legal change to resolve a crisis in prison capacity made worse by riots over the summer.

    A key measure is to up the magistrate’s sentencing limit from six to twelve months to free up time in Crown Courts for their complex cases.

    In effect a remand population, standing at 17,000, will be reduced to free up spaces in prisons to also match increases in demand for places.

  • Court Reports: Huw Edwards, Westminster Magistrates Court

    Huw Edwards, a former BBC News journalist and anchor, has been given a six month sentence suspended for two years.

    He was found guilty of soliciting indecent images of children from a young Welsh male who’s also been found guilty.

    He also has to attend 25 rehabilitation classes and undergo 40 days of treatment due to the nature of his crimes.
