In another brutal criticism of staff at The Security Service in Thames House, in London, many younger people are accused of forcing delays to crucial, life-saving work for absolutely no reason at all.
It’s believed to be rooted in attitude problems, but such delays threaten the lives of key, expert staff in the field and under pressure. It’s understood mental health may also play a role in the behaviour.
