MI5

  • Exclusive: MI5 to review IT staff

The existence of IT staff is not often reported, despite our absolute dependance on their skills to maintain critical systems.

This is becoming more prevalent as AI and other integrations are supposed to update old networks and bring together a more coherent practice across the UK.

Now, according to MI5, a lack of attention to the progress of staff in this area has meant that security compromises from external sources aren’t the main source of concern for their experts anymore.

It’s the vulnerabilities – left in place by lacklustre or underperforming staff – that have wreaked havoc for the human worker population in many fields of employment.

It has led to a high level step to review the staff that work in this sector in the UK, as part of a far-ranging security review.

The problems are obvious and many community networking groups have been setup as long-running campaign organs to draw attention to increasing problems.

It includes new staff being given incorrect login credentials for buildings and computers; managers being told they’re fired in error and proceedings filed immediately; and suppliers having their contracts terminated.

The review will last for years, according to the amount of work undertaken. It’s said funding has been set aside to determine the specific outcomes.

  • Exclusive: MI5 mole

In an exclusive for Conservative News Site, a mole alleged to have partly infiltrated MI5-type activity for over thirty years has now been spotted as part of an Intelligence sting alongside Journalist’s working in the UK.

A suspected mole alleged of nefarious interference and disruption efforts in MI5-type activities.

It’s believed her activities led to the possibility of Sarah Kaplan’s attempt at Dover’s coastline. It’s not believed that any lives have been lost due to her infiltration attempts, or her disruption campaigns.

    Sorting things out

It’s thought that MI5 staff have paid increasing attention to its own ranks following recent reports that it’s been infiltrated extensively over the course of many decades.

According to insiders, politicians have repeatedly refused to look into the issue even in the Home Office where safeguards are supposed to be monitored and maintained for the safety of MI5 staff.

The result has been danger to life; increased threat levels during operations; and disarray in some parts of the UK that desperately needed MI5 staff to be involved to resolve their situations

He’s believed to have sabotaged the work of Security Officers that protect the work of MI5 staff in London, but not involving physical violence or automatic weaponry.

  • MI5: Far back beginnings

The start of MI5 as an activity is not as widely understood as some of its successes. This is due to its clandestine nature to begin with and how it needed to develop to an activity that has over 10,000 paid staff at present.

In fact, both MI5 and MI6 activities share a common heritage. It’s believed that either had its influence to start off with from military experts that had all situated themselves in Dover, a port town along our South coast.

It’s a common thing in military terms for it to happen in our previous and modern history. It’s due to the prominence of some locations and the significance of others.

This has meant teams of advisers have often used particular spots to think things through. This has carried forward for many decades and many towns and not a few cities have a preeminence in these circles that others don’t.

The startup mentality has overshadowed the early beginnings of hundreds of government initiatives, some of which have become departments.

Over time, these such meeting formats have become a target for infiltration by nefarious powers. Yet, it’s held strong because as much as the negative always happens, the positive is much far ahead of it, and outstrips it.

The influence of Dover as a place on its early formation is not widely understood, either, but the town itself plays a huge role in being the focus of maritime activity.

This constant flow of goods and use of services acts now as an inlet for understanding about how the world works. This is the sort of information that is necessary to any age of Intelligence, even if it’s in a primitive state such as at the start of the 20th century.

  • MI5: Facts and features

MI5 is alleged to have been started as an activity in 1903, a turn of the century and an early start point on a new era in human endeavour. It’s not that prophets could foresee the innovation of anything, but that money had been going in this direction for some time.

It’s thought that the end of slavery and its earlier abolition had resulted in much more normal, human endeavour and it had ramifications long after the effects of campaigns and calls to end it. This resulted in many more ambitions because of research into human activity in political realms. The end of the “British Empire” as it was called then also beckoned a quicker adaptation to emerging modern ways.

    Supporting at the top

MI5 came to become an important part of statecraft, but it started as a series of discussions in meetings about how to “get on” without pursuing Empire-type methods on the ground. Instead of being a tool of a wicked state, MI5’s inception began a process of recovering how to do things softly, or more sympathetically, according to some. These people are credited with making sure its ethical basis set in firmly.

Its secular outlook also helped push it beyond mere language. In time to come MI5 staff took on innovation as a core practice. Their belief in using the latest research also became a hallmark of its presence here. Its acceptability drove it to new heights following the Second World War. It’s since become an integral part of our State. It’s become an acceptable job to have, and a means to ends for many in the public sector.

    Modern concerns

The substance of MI5-type activity is now a subject of huge debate, but more so in perspective than retrospectively. It sits in a broad framework of contemporary inquiry that begs further questions, and this is why people talk about it.

The matters MI5 looks into certainly involves a close look at facts, and this is a part of its present work. It has to establish what we need to know, and it has to find ways to make sure these things are true. This is how some Officer’s in its ranks fulfil as normal a days work as others. “It’s like a Wikipedia in the skies,” one said to me, on a brief break.

The other point is that ‘MI5’ concerns include details of the features on our political and social scenes. These are things that don’t change because they’re permanent fixtures that have to be there for us to be here. This involves more flexible arrangements that make space for consideration rather than redacting. This is a large part of its work now.

  • Caught: Security “Stopper”

In an exclusive for Conservative News Site, a security operative known to act as a “Stopper” against MI5 operations in the capital can now be identified.

A suspect alleged of stopping MI5 staff doing their work in person seen in a central London location.

He’s used CCTV images and social contact tipoffs to arrange for sabotage operations against various MI5 staff on foot.

  • MI5: Under a national remit

If what MI5 does is a subject of constant review, its in its buildings and offices. It isn’t likely that any single staff member will have a settled view on the matter, so it has to be taken as having been settled by those previous.

It means that as they work they also get to stipulate what others might do.

This passes on the knowledge and the format of the work as people enter and exit their jobs. It matters, therefore, how senior someone is as to how far their ideas get put into the system, as it were.

It can be that some have more influence and see more effect to their choices than others. This is part of the hierarchy that’s necessary to its overall purpose.

It also establishes who doesn’t get to say what’s what and what doesn’t just get put in because it seems right to do so.

I’ve met a number of MI5 staff who said their ideas had begun “to see the light” many years after they had worked out a fix for something. In one instance this had to do with telecommunications.

It’s therefore a national pursuit that MI5 has across all the four nations of the Union. It’s not international, as if the UK is made up of countries that aren’t aligned with each other.

This breakup wouldn’t occur in our lifetime, so I’ve been told, because of how much work goes into keeping it all safe and secure. It’s sounds like an apt assessment of things.

As I’ve observed MI5 staff at work, as I’ve done on many occasions, it’s occurred to me that secrecy is the name of the game for them, as it is for anyone else worldwide.

It enables it to stay safe from their adversaries even as they have to fight them off. It also helps them to observe what threats are developing and to counter them as it builds.

  • MI5 has failed a vital test of security

The work of MI5 may need to take place in secrecy but a failure in its operations is seen out in the open and it cannot be ignored.

The recent furore over Number 10 security isn’t about a short term loss of attention. It’s developed as a major issue for many years.

The staff at MI5 that have to deal with such high level matters clearly aren’t capable enough. This is a failure on their watch, in their remit.

MI5 has failed a vital test of security. It’s a bad one to fail at. It suggests there are other issues further down its line of command, as well.

  • Caught: MI5 infiltrator

In a stunning exclusive for Conservative News Site, an infiltrator alleged to be the biggest threat to MI5 in its existence has now been spotted as part of an international sting in Reading, Berkshire.

A suspect alleged of suspicious interference in MI5 staffing in the UK-only, seen here in Reading, Berkshire.

Her threat is of a nature that is subversively at work against all operatives, agents, and staff, and anyone else associated with its work as part of its payroll system using available internal data.

She’s said to be highly skilled in using information against people to agitate their minds, undermine their careers, and to upset any operations they’re a part of.

She’s also said to use relational and sexual harassment techniques as part of a campaign of intimidation and harassment to affect the intimate feelings related to communal safety and security of her targets.

It’s said that her activities have caused concern internally for the welfare of staff. It’s not believed to be connected to mental health or to relationships of staff, though disturbances may have been felt.
