In an exclusive for ConservativeNewsSite.com, a suspect taking part in a “White Flag” sting against a local police force has been seen attempting to set himself up in Reading, Berkshire.
He was observed standing by himself at a roundabout that overlooks a busy stretch of road, known as the IDR, or Inner Distribution Road, in a central part of the town.
