Attempting to ingratiate himself as “Joe”, this man has allegedly also attempted to have thousands of staff members sacked at crucial points in the service’s recent history.
This has been used by members of the public to surge attacks in Parliament, to lower our defences and to create jobs for themselves as chaos spreads in the system.
