Exclusive: Russian Embassy hacker

The Russian Embassy in London has been saved from a significant hacking attempt launched by a group conducting a late-stage attack for a return in assets, the spread of confusion, and manipulation of political environments.

A hacker located to a London rail station has been identified as the leader of the group, which is notorious for unusual lines of attack and for picking political targets in randomised attempts.

A suspect
A suspect alleged to be a hacker involved in attempted compromises of the Russian embassy in London.

It’s believed that activists inside the group intended to lobby for a sympathetic candidate to takeover from President Putin after his war had ended to achieve penetration of the Russian economy.

Types of attack like this aren’t uncommon but the associated aims are not realistic as far as Russian national security goes, according to sources. However, it indicates the Russian state continues to experience periods of instability.
