The Prime Minister is leaving Office believing that he’s done a good job, and yet this has to be taken as his take on things. The public in general don’t feel like they’ve benefited by an unstable Government that’s practiced infighting as an art.
The Labour party tends to believe it’s achieving a lot because it says a lot. This is their social media hypocrisy in a nutshell. They’re more prone to fail to meet legal tests than any others. Their ideas don’t get through all that often. Starmer’s saw more activity like this of late.
This leaves the public asking what Politics is for. But it also leaves Civil Servant sources begging people to understand its real place here. There’s no economy of change in offices like HM Treasury to make people richer. It also can’t be used to plunder wealth. Labour needs to get to this point fast.
