Tuesday
Defence Spending And Readiness.
This is a tough subject at the moment, and it’s a worldwide issue for our enemy powers. There is interference on any matter that an MP chooses to raise, but the more experience, the more the edge. They can say with confidence what is needed, not relying on relays of information that can be intercepted. The relay is in their head. It may be, however, that people like this are thin on the ground.

Sir Iain Duncan Smith MP (Chingford and Woodford Green/Conservatives) laments China is outstripping the US in its production of warships, for example. The buildup of military strength is a contentious issue, because it spreads paranoia and controversy. The UK is reluctant to do things for no reason, but he is from a different generation that may understand more about readiness for plans yet written.
Wednesday
Prime Minister’s Questions.
It’s all “Set” for the Prime Minister, but it’s not when he’s ready. However, as things stand, he sounds perfectly confident on his feet. The Leader of the Opposition also looks to be feeling calm, and wherever he goes next doesn’t matter to her. It’s likely she’ll face another male leader, but Kemi Through The Looking Glass will have to bring out her best arguments once again. There’s a war on.
