Trafficking

  • New plan to sanction traffickers

David Lammy MP (Tottenham/Labour), Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, has announced a new measure to target traffickers.

His idea is to sanction the people traffickers who target the UK with their illegal trade. The legislation will be introduced shortly. It’s planned to be implemented this year.

“I’m proud to announce that the UK is set to be the first country in the world to develop legislation for a new sanctions regime specifically targeting irregular migration and organised immigration crime. This will help to prevent, combat, deter and disrupt irregular migration and the smuggling of migrants into the UK.”

The Channel crossings continue to epitomise a problem with the illegal movement of people. It also occurs at airports, seaport entry points, and private landing strips.

  • Exclusive: Key trafficking evidence

In an exclusive for ConservativeNewsSite.com, a key bit of evidence in the scandal of Channel crossings that began officially in 2018 has been uncovered.

It relates to the planning stages of the attempt, also involving preparatory work, during which various “Devices” are used to “Scheme” with those who are involved.

    The evidence

The card shown below is a key part of understanding how the effort was made in the first place, and possibly by who. It may lead to further breakthroughs.

In spite of attempts to obfuscate its existence, the card was recovered from a drop-off site earlier today. It was left in an open area to be collected by an operative.

  • Caught: Crossings’ opportunists

In an exclusive for ConservativeNewsSite.com, a group of three suspects alleged to be plotting to take over after the illegal Channel Crossings had ended to start an illegal supply line have been spotted.

Their work began many years back, near to the time of the start of official records in 2018. They were said to be marking maps and attempting to draw together resources to begin their illegal plans.

  • Caught: Border Force dropouts

In an exclusive for ConservativeNewsSite.com, two Border Force dropouts have been spotted in Oxford this morning.

They’re guilty of leaving their posts at significant times. They have since lead clandestine lives, evading the law, and justice.

  • Exposed: More Crossings dropouts

In an exclusive for ConservativeNewsSite.com, a group of four who refused to serve the UK as the Channel crossings crisis broke have been rediscovered.

They’re seen in video clips clearly engaged in other employment. They were meant to provide administrative assistance to a response.

They were allegedly recruited by the Army, as part of a rushed recruitment process. They were not vetted, and failed to show up, just to secure further pension payments.

  • Small boats since January

As we look at the crisis at the Channel coastline, it’s worth observing that we’re dealing with an issue we can’t control. The numbers are pre-determined by agents of criminality, and are not our responsibility.

However, the capture of data, recording of people’s movements, and processing of their next steps is exactly our business. It’s the job of a state to make sure undocumented people are accounted for.

Since the start of this year, 25,000+ people have made it across the strait of water off the French coast. It’s a staggering figure, and it shows how determined criminals can be to settle people here in droves.

The issue of course is that, once arrived, these problems only increase because we don’t have a quick returns procedure. The crisis unfolded in ways too quick to begin with, and it’s a tough nut to crack.

The government’s announcements are helpful, and follow the Covid days of keeping people informed, but there’s a lingering doubt over the presence of so many people who’ve nowhere fixed to live.

It’s the sort of crisis some governments are made for, and others broken by, as the issues that have to be navigated are of such high sensitivity, and the stakes too large, it risks the future of the nation itself.

  • Exposed: “The Shelf” trafficking tactic

In an exclusive for ConservativeNewsSite.com, a “news blast” has been caught in the early hours of the morning regarding trafficking efforts across Europe.

It relates to a trafficking tactic called “The Shelf”, which is about stirring up those willing to be recruited on an informal basis and “moving” them into activity in their location.

    Examples of social media data

To achieve it a user called “david24” posted 100 messages to their X profile in just under 30 minutes. These are meant to be posts to insinuate the way is clear to begin with.

The reaction to a post by a first respondent is supposed to set off others to follow suit. It determines the plan as it’s meant to decide how the way ahead will be solved.

  • No Channel crossings in a week

In a surprise turn of events, no Channel crossings have been recorded in the last week. It follows years of continuous attempts by trafficking gangs to funnel people across the open stretch of water.

The government’s statistics page handling the crisis on its official website shows zero migrants, boats, or other boats involved in “uncontrolled landings” registered in seven days since 24 November.

  • Caught: Criminal opportunist

In an exclusive for ConservativeNewsSite.com, a notorious criminal in int. crime rings has been spotted in the UK.

He’s thought to have tried to use the English Channel crossings as a pretext to set up a modern slavery gang in the UK.

  • Trafficking low over past week

In an update to illegal English Channel crossing stats, government data suggests a low number of people arrived in the last week.

According to its regularly updated page, a total of 13 boats with 662 people made the crossing over from the West coast of France.

  • Caught: Trafficking catcher

Another key ‘spot’ has been achieved, this time in Bristol exclusively to ConservativeNewsSite.com.

The photo captures an exact representation of a ‘catcher’, the term for an operative who is based in an important location.

This proves that Bristol is significant to the people traffickers who are still active in and around the UK.

  • Caught: Trafficker

In an exclusive for ConservativeNewsSite.com, a London-based trafficker has been sighted in central London.

He’s suspected of having involvement in trafficking, although he’s said to largely have interests in business.
